We complete engineering reviews of work orders providing insight into the issues which may not be evident by visual inspection. This usually equates to review of 3,000 to 6,000 work orders covering a 1-2 year period.
Our engineers review every line item. We remove items that cloud the issues, such as duplicates and irrelevant data such as light bulbs. We then categorize items and use our best engineering judgment to identify the root problem or complaint.
